HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 29 Relating to the establishment                                         
of Reserve Officer Training Corps programs in Alaska by the United                                  
States Coast Guard, was read the second time.                                                       
                                                                                                    
Senator Ben Stevens moved and asked unanimous consent that the                                      
resolution be advanced to third reading and placed on final passage.
